Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Robotics Autonomy Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Robotics Autonomy Engineer will work at the intersection of robotics, artificial intelligence, and control systems to enable our robots to navigate, perceive their environment, and make intelligent decisions independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Algorithm Development: Design and implement algorithms for perception, localization, mapping, and decision-making to enable autonomous navigation and interaction for robotic systems.
2. Sensor Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate a variety of sensors such as cameras, lidars, and IMUs into robotic platforms, ensuring seamless communication and data fusion.
3. Machine Learning: Develop and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as object recognition, path planning, and behavior prediction to enhance the autonomy of robotic systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in developing autonomy solutions for robotic systems.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
4. Strong understanding of algorithms, machine learning, and control systems.
5. Experience with sensor integration and data fusion.
6. Familiarity with robotic hardware and kinematics.
7. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
